SMBLab.ai is a platform that helps small business owners (under 50 employees) use AI to recover lost time and money. We build free tools, publish guides, and provide advisory services. That layer is racing toward free. The remaining 5-10% - relationships, judgment, trust, pattern recognition - is becoming dramatically more valuable. We help owners figure out which is which, automate the replaceable, and protect the irreplaceable.
